SAPA declared any federal restrictions, ie.

1. Any tax, levy, fee, or stamp imposed on firearms or accessories;
2. Any registration or tracking of Firearms Owners, of any firearms, accessories, or ammo;
3. Any registration or tracking of the ownership of firearms, accessories, or ammo;
4. Any act forbidding possession, ownership, use, transfer of firearm, accessory, or ammunition by
   law-abiding citizens;
5. Any act ordering the confiscation of firearms, accessories, or ammunition from law-abiding citizens,
6. Any federal acts, laws, executive or administrative orders, rules, and regs [which] infringe on the people’s
   right to keep and bear arms as guaranteed by the 2nd Amendment shall not be enforced by this state,
7. Nor shall any entity or person, including any public officer or employee of this state or any political subdivision of this state, shall have the authority to enforce or attempt to enforce any federal acts, laws, executive or admin orders, rules, regs, statutes, or ordinances infringing on the right to keep and bear arms.
